Stop & Smell the Syringa (Lilac)

I think this is our favorite smelling plant. Reminds me of Grandma Rita (Dad's Mother who passed last year), and our Mother Joanne (who passed the 12th of this month 2006) as they used to cut them and bring them inside to brighten up the house. Highly suggest this plant to grow outside your home if you don't have it already.

Dad is home and doing great. He is soar from the two stints on his right, and one on left. He was just telling me how much a great experience he had in his 8th floor room at Brigham & Woman's Hospital. Glad they treat the elders with respect!

Cloudy damp day, less rain but sun to come out tomorrow, then back to rain on Friday. D.J. (S & G's Mom) just landed in DC with her co-workers for a weekend trip. Can't wait for the stories.
