The Egg

This great building is just up the road from where I live. It's an excellent local feature. It's the lecture theatre for Edinburgh's Napier University Craiglockhart campus. As well as being a pleasure from the outside, it is also a joy to sit inside it. I like the way it locks onto the older building.
It was designed by 'Building Design Partnership of Glasgow'-BDP Architects, and I think was opened in about 2004.
