SHOOT!

Tonight I should be in Wall Heath, not far from Wolverhampton, for the DK10K. Unfortunately due to my troublesome calf I've decided to take the hopefully sensible option and keep it rested.

So instead of running I decided to be healthy (nothing to do with being frustrated) and pop to Asda for pizza and cheesecake.

In the foyer they had a clown tent - over a trampoline - filled with footballs - what else would you expect? People must have wondered why I was taking a picture!

To make up for being a bit of a pig tonight I will go for a swim tomorrow and I will get out on the roads at the weekend...hopefully my calf will be fine...
