Avocets fighting - Leighton Moss RSPB reserve

Took the nature group to Leighton Moss RSPB reserve today, I think they learnt how difficult bird photography and long lenses are to use.

Spent a wonderful hour photographing Avocets, and although I had many closer, I liked the high-key, almost abstract feel of this pair fighting. I thought the space around them worked to balance the picture.
