Sorry this is such an uninteresting blip today, but when I look back at my journal, in a few months time, all the feelings of the day will come flooding back I am sure!
Lovely to open a letter to be told that you have been overpaid and the money needs to be returned. NOT
After many hours on the phone, and that is just trying to get through to speak to a humanbeing everything has been sorted. Not necessarily in my favour however!!
