Long day today, five hours of essay research and writing in between classes. I'm about forty percent there now. Hopefully get another big chunk done tomorrow.

On the way out to meet Roz I bumped into Janine, a former student who was back visiting the college. She seems to be doing well since she left.

After that it was a tough session at Taekwon Do.
