A Day At The Races

A different kind of Horsepower today! As our office Christmas Party was held at Exeter Racecourse, we were all given free tickets to a race meeting this season so today was my chosen meeting.

Although I didn't have the greatest start to the day in terms of picking the winners, I just about managed to break even with a 3rd place for "Killing Me Softly" and wins for "Sea Saffron" and "Rydeless" so not a bad result in the end!

Returned home to find Roy Hodgson has been named the new England Football manager, not sure about that decision but I guess we'll find out if it's the right choice at the Summer's European Championships.
