May Day

celebrated in style.

The sun came out for the students and staff today as we we joined together on the lawn.

The fun started with dancing around the maypole. It passed without incident and caused a great deal of hilarity. There followed giant jenga, basketball, swingball, hula hoop competitions, beat the goalie, and badminton and some of us got lost under a giant multi-coloured parachute.

Everyone had a great time before returning indoors for a community teabreak of tea / cofee / juice and lots of cake.

It's humbling enjoying simple things in life with people you care about and who depend on you for so much.
