....... I need to get my butt in gear! Seriously!!!

The Great Manchester Run is only around the corner. I have been a bit lax with the old training since I screwed my leg up. However, I now don't have that excuse. I now have a severe case of lazy-itus this week. However, I got home today to find my pack for the event had arrived. Re-affirms the fact I need to get out there. So tomorrow.... I WILL DO IT!!! , well that is if the weather is okay ;oP
