Dinner!

Well after completing every day of the April challenge, today i'm left to my own devices, and it looks like it's a return to blipping my dinner!
After 2 night shifts and living off sandwiches i've pushed the boat out and cooked a lovely rib eye steak to go with these roasted Mediterranean veg. I have to say it's gone down nicely accompanied by a glass of red :-)
Tomorrow will be an exciting day. First thing i have a visit from the Cat Protection League who hopefully will give me the go ahead to have a couple of kittens from them at some point in the not too distant future. Afterwards i'm off to Mallory race track to watch some of the practice sessions for this weekends upcoming bike racing. Apparently i'm being treated to lunch so i've baked some white chocolate chip cookies to take along as a treat to say thankyou.
Now to sit back and relax. :-)
