Say Hello To Dave

Behind the breathing mask is Dave, one of our composite fitters. Dave takes the carbon fibre parts and assembles them into whatever components they are intended to be. Lots of grinding, black dust everywhere that conducts electricity so you have to be a bit careful with where it gets into. Also not too good to breath in, hence the masks and suits.

Once they have been trimmed to size they are then glued together, lots of strong glue. All carefully assembled into all manner of things. From bodywork to wings, and all manner of brackets and thingamejigs inbetween.
