To Peer at a Pier

At about four o'clock this afternoon, after what has seemed like days of continuous rain, the deluge ceased and the sun came out.

I needed no further invitation. With work finished at five, I jumped on the loan Bonneville and was across Brunel's finest bridge and out to Clevedon for a nice cup of tea, a slice of cake and a sit in the sunshine.

What a lovely view.
