Still ill

I woke up this morning feeling worse than what i did yesterday, however I still managed to drag my sorry ass to work. Maybe it was the wrong choice to go to work as I've been in meetings all day spreading my gems in a Claustrophobic meeting rooms. Obviously man-flu hasn't set in yet as I'm still going to work.

When I got home I decided to cook me Spanish belly pork to lift my ill spirits. It is paprika marinated belly pork in smokey tomato sauce with potatoes, red peppers, onions & garlic topped with a Parmesan crumb (pic). I will be honest with you, it tasted awful. Now I don't know whether it is because of a) my taste spuds are out of action as I'm flu'd up or b) my cooking was shocking. I'm going to say it was a) and from now on when I feel ill it's tomato soup all the way.
