Keeping young

Now that I am married I need to think about these things (?!?)...the question is what will keep me younger? A very expensive pot of L'Óreal Youth Cream or getting more sleep?

The L'Oreal cream was a moment of being in the Duty Free Shop having failed to get anything I meant to while I was in the UK and feeling like this was the last chance I had to get what I needed but Duty Free only had ridiculous items and time was running out and yes I am getting older and living in a sunny climate which everyone says makes you age quickly so a pot of overpriced anti-aging cream will be perfect and make up for all those really useful things I DIDN'T buy in the UK.

Getting enough sleep is part of my new project to get the most out of life. (My phone is actually 10 minutes fast so the goal is to be in bed by 10.30p.m. every night for a month).

I do a much better job of everything, including enjoying life, if I have had enough sleep!!!
