Happy Beltane! I may have played with the blues a little to closely last night and today have the marks to show for it.

I was really not feeling well for most of last night and love that my group gave me the energy to keep going.

Today has been spent sleeping, drinking lemsip and now lying on the sofa feeling rubbish.
