Static bike

My son and his wife bought me this bike stand so that I don't have to battle the wind, rain and hills to keep fit. It's a bit precarious getting on and off so I use some steps to help me. I'm supposed to go on it every day - will I, won't I today? I think I've got a bit of a headache, maybe later!!
