Eh, NO!!

Sneaked into "the ultimate challenge" class at the local council gym and boy was it a marathon session. Around a hundred peeps turned up for a taster of numerous classes.......

CXWORX , Bodyattack , Bodycombat and Metafit

Three hours later they allowed us to trundle home to bed :-)
