A Wicked Wind...

..Such a sad sight this morning. Three broken eggs (one flung out) and the nest lying on the ground. I've been watching with delight, the flights to and from the tree, with twigs and other nesting materials (sometimes absurdly large!).
I'm very sad that the stormy night seems to have caused this destruction of three small lives.

I guess nature expects this kind of thing? It's me who doesn't!

This is a backblip, for the same reason as yesterday!
