Not much to see

This is the Wyre Estuary at low tide.

I had time to spare before a meeting with occupational health about my sickness absence.
A few things said that I didn't approve of but also some that I very much do approve of. So swings and roundabouts I guess. I will see what my doctor makes of it when I see him this week.

I will keep an open mind and see what work offer in terms of support.

I was going to (rant) comment about drugs cheats being allowed to compete at the Olympics but I'd better maintain a professional silence given I may meet them later this year.

I liked this blip because it's beauty is the wide open space with very little to see. Just open blue sky, a few birds, no people. Peace, perfect peace.
