And there she goes...!

I mentioned the other day that I might try to catch a Blip of my neighbours puppy on here. A cross between a Bichon Frise and a Jack Russell, can you guess who this might be?

Yes, this is Elise, named after the model of sports car that is also named after an exotic flower.

Given the right wind direction and a suitable stretch of smooth lawn, with no interesting grassy knolls to sniff at, she can too can gain top speeds of around 150 m.p.h. Her little tail works remarkably well as a spoiler and because of Elise's relatively low weight she also goes like a rocket in the corners as well, although her braking capabilities need some adjustment. But I'm sure as she gets a little bigger, those problems will smooth themselves out. But then again, she may already be at her full size!

Fuel consumption levels, as you might expect in a model of this size, are superb and a couple of laps like this will only increase fuel consumption by a handful of crunchy nibbles and a small bowl of water, swiftly followed by an afternoon nap in the sunshine, which unless I'm very much mistaken, this little doggie very much deserves!
