Calming down...

Just me n the CEO for bedtime... What could go wrong? Calm him down, have a bath, read a story. Then manly duties like changing the bed covers and stuff.

Well, after the CEO stripped down to his under pants and pittered his little patter all over the house at top speeds (all the while emitting a banshee-esque wail) he decided that a bath was not the best executive decision I could make. Instead we were to invest our time in Bed-Changing. This turned out to be under the bed hiding, rather than changing. (While I tried to turn the 2-tonne mattress, he hid under the new sheets on top of it... Big help. It's all about the delegation. So I've heard.)

Thankfully though, he soon got tired and decided to have a nap. Under the new covers on the bed. I managed to transfer him back to his own room. Eventually.

I love our evenings in.
