Good Boy!

Shambelliedog collected another award today from the English Setter Society of Scotland championship show at the Barony College, Dumfries. The award was for best yearling dog (up to 2 years old), and this matched the one he gained at Crufts last month. His dad's owner was judging, so it would have been a turn up for the books if she didn't like his offspring! Looking forward to seeing her critique in due course. An added bonus was that all the winning dogs had their foto taken by a professional photographer and will appear on the Society's new website which is coming soon.

Lovely venue for the show, great for agricultural students, but what an industrial pong! I suppose with 300 cows and 600 sheep what else can you expect! Seemingly, this is where most of ASDA's milk comes from, and the whole milking process is state of the art technology.

Chilly day, glad it was indoors!
