Figaro car

Now I don't think I've heard of this car; but have probably seen one in the past.
The number plate has been carefully chosen I think, the interior was almost new and the automatic gear stick top was wood.
The seating was white; must have had very careful owners i think.
It was parked outside a Sheltered Accommodation building that mt friend and I wanted to check-out for future reference.
The place looked liked luxury apartments; considering it is Social housing, things have certainly moved on!
On my way to Crosby and back it was as expected; water flooded roads all the way,
If this continues a boat might be better than a car, or even a four wheel drive.
