The Baltic Flour Mill on the Gateshead side of the Tyne is now a modern art gallery with a great viewing platform from which you can get an interesting angle on the new and old riverscape taking in the Sage, Tyne Bridge, Millenium Bridge and the great jumble of Newcastle leading up to St James' Park.

Handy perch for Seagulls too!
