Drought?

So it's been raining everyday for a month now, since the government announced a serious official drought in our area.

We live at the top of the 'L' in London on this map. We have a hosepipe ban, drought status and tonight Flood Warnings...??!!

We are developing webbed feet. I may need to use the hosepipe to DRAIN the floods in the garden!
