Fresh air garden?

It is conference season this week and I was at another conference in Dundee at Ninewells Hospital today. Sat outside with my lunch in the quaintly named fresh air garden. Flowers and the blossom trees were lovely and very attractive but ... there were patients in the garden smoking so no fresh air and every minute or so a tannoyed announcement told us that it was a fresh air garden and there was no smoking (noise pollution) so definitely not the place to sit and enjoy lunch but the blossom was nice. And it was also sunny and in Dundee!!
