Feeling a bit Macro

I recently had a USB memory stick pressed upon me by a vendor, as usual stuffed full of whitepapers and other sales guff that no-one in their right mind would read. Happily, in this case, it turns out to be of a decent capacity - 2GB. Once freed from it's cocoon of vendor-branded rubber, it actually looks quite neat in a bare metal kind of way.

I decided to have a crack at a few shots of it on my desk to see if I could bring out some of the detail. I suspect that a bit more light would have done the trick, but I'm pleased overall with how this shot came up.
