White Shepherd

Up early and decided to take Juno for a long walk, it was so quiet. The buzzards were soaring in the early morning thermals, without a care for my presence.

Hardly met a sole and was surprised to be met be a view of snow on the Ochils when I hit the summit of the hill. Met some dogs and owners for a wee dog play, it got over eager so I headed to the woodland with another for a chat.

Back to the house, prep for football and then away to the game.

The girls played well and their first goal was a thing of beauty and a joy to see as a coach. There was 6 one-twos before the ball was laid off for a midfielder running on to slot it away. Very tight first half which the girls led 2-1. The girls now more relaxed started to play wide and create more chances and ran out 4-1 winners, a good result after 2 league defeats.

Back home and eco son and I painted the chicken coup, felted the roof and put on all the hinges. Tomorrow we will do the chicken run.

Popped out to the allotment to fix the sheds that were damaged in the break in. I fixed my 2 neighbours sheds as they are not fit enough to fix them. Took a while but it is done, just need to get a new lock for one of the sheds.

I was potting on some tomato plants when I spotted a bird's nest just outside, I think it is a robin, will check it tomorrow.
