Dee View

In a brief moments escape from the rain we pegged down to Chester for a few hours. I decided a bit of fun and experimentation was in order so these were taken on my G10 and then fiddled with extensively in PS and Nik software.

This very manmade, very straight and very industrial part of the Dee rather fascinates me and I keep on wanting to return for more, it screams black and white, texture and leading lines and I just love it. I took this one as well. It is hard to believe the town of Chester is only about a mile away in the other direction.
To even it up here is one I took on a beautiful evening a few years ago. The boat is the one that carries the wings up to the Airbus factory nearby.
