Ruffino

Day four in Florence and it's been my favourite day here so far. It's been a shocker trying to decide which photo to blip with... so many lovely things and places. Beautiful warm day we caught the bus to Fiesole, a town 3 miles up hill from the city.

In the afternoon, on our return, we visited the beautiful Santa Croce, a gothic church that houses the tombs of Michelangelo, Gallileo and Machiavelli and frescoes by Giotto.

Just had to put this little chappie on.. not sure if he is a Wire or Fox terrrier or what but loved him. He looked so happy! It was even better that he happened to be trotting past that aptly named wine.
