Sodden little Tulip bud.

Even colder today with that south east wind and still the rain. Just dashed out to get a quick shot of this pretty tulip bud struggling to flower. All the ones in flower have been rained on and lost their petsls. Off to Mum's must dash it is later on that I will catch!!
