No girls allowed

I have been passing by this building and sign for a while and it has always struck me as a little odd.

I imagine it as a club house where all manner of fun things can happen but it is a little off the beaten track in a mainly industrial part of town. The only kids in the area are living on a hard stand a couple of hundred yards away. So I suspect that there aren't many boys with the funds to lease it.

My dreams are in tatters............
