Bit of an emergency blip today. Spotted two of these on the reservoir this morning (I think they are young female goldeneye but would need that verifying!). At least they seemed to be enjoying the weather..... No fishermen.

Decided I had been having a bit of a wallow/dip/slide/whatever this week so talked to myself this morning and got on with fighting this damned condition. Did exercise bike (4 miles) and voice exercises and went to the sports physio again. He spent an hour working on my neck and shoulders and I feel much more 'unlocked' (not unhinged!). Hooray.

Downloaded a karaoke app and spent an hour singing at the top of my voice (very flat, but singing nonetheless!). Decided the song for today is this one.
