Railway madness

The entire afternoon got swallowed up going round the York Railway Museum. This was mainly for Dad's benefit (train fan!) but actually for a boring railway museum me and Mum found it surprisingly interesting! There was even a Japanese bullet train on display, so I was happy (love Japanese stuff!). And the Hogwarts Express was present as well, which was unexpected! They were using it to model the shed's remaining working turn-table.

One thing we noticed (as seen in this photo) is the incredible amount of shiny high-quality copper. I sincerely hope they have a lot of good security guards to watch this place at night!
