Massage Day!

Is there anything nicer than an afternoon massage, except perhaps an afternoon massage in your own home?

Todays was particularly good as Barbara remembered to bring her heating pad, so I wasn't shivering away on the table, and the cello CD was suitably mellow and morose.

An hour later and I was nicely relaxed but reeking of lemon. I guess you can't have everything.
