In a country churchyard
Went for a walk this morning and it was f-r-e-e-z-i-n-g!! The wind was blowing quite strongly and the air temperature was so cold the combination gave me a pretty bad earache!! But oddly enough, after the cold fronts went over, the day turned into a remarkably pleasant one.
This country graveyard is a beautiful spot on the Waimea Plains and a number of the graves are early Nelson pioneers. I guess we owe those pioneers a great deal - their early hard work helped establish this province and set the foundations for the thriving region it has become today.
Couldn't decide between the pic here and this one....... I may yet change it......
