Making tracks

I quite like the pattern on this. What is it?? Its a macro shot of our winter tyres which are stacked in the garden waiting to be rehoused for the summer.

I'm so glad it has stopped raining for a while, and the forecast for the weekend is looking not too bad. My hopes for a couple of birthday BBQs are rising!
