Grim down South?

I understand that much of the country is suffering from the weather, so here is sunny Cumbria for you. On a clear day we can see the Isle of Man (source of much smuggling into west Cumbria in ealier days). There it is on the horizon with a ship just leaving. Probably not with smuggled goods though!
