Grass after rain

Water droplets on a blade of grass after another very wet period overnight. The lakes and river by the reserve are all flooded. Just a short walk this morning to take a quick look around, still raining slightly. Still, there were plenty of birds singing and active. The swallows must wish they had waited a bit longer before arriving for the summer, though. They were flying low over the lake.
