Christmas Day

We had the most perfect day. Santa was very generous and everyone found a stocking filled with presents at the foot of their bed. We opened them together in our bedroom and ooooed and ahhhhed at each others gifts. Nick cooked a great lunch, eaten in stages as we opened presents from under the tree. Once again it was lovely having Grandmere with us, smiling at me across the table and laughing as I appeared with the christmas pudding fizzing with light from the sparklers.
