Ant

I was going to post a macro of some garden "stuff" but as i placed the "stuff" onto white card an ant fell out .
What a pig it was to catch the ant in focus in low light, until i remembered their liking for sugar.

Here he/she is grappling with a sugar grain/crystal.Still low light so not as good as i'd like . I do wish the subject could keep still.

No ants were harmed in the making of this image ,and were released back into their natural habitat.
