Skinny tulip?

Emergency *haven't taken any photos today* blip. This odd skinny flower is from some bulbs I planted last winter - lovely flower which opens right out if there is any sunshine.

They are a bit of an oddity though, really long stringy stems and they aren't growing straight - not sure if that is how they always grow or if something went wrong.

Getting impatient now waiting for all my seeds to start coming up, nothing yet....
