Dancing Ponies

For three weeks this pair have been separated by a fence but never far away from each other. They are both male but seem to get on famously.....I think. Today my neighbour (who owns Snowflake) came to put them together in the field before taking them away to another field up the road. They were like 'bucking broncos' the two of them, nipping and biting, jumping and kicking at each other until spots of blood were showing on Snowflakes's neck.

Perhaps this is where the phrase 'horse play' comes from, and I can see why it is not encouraged.
