I was saying to Rab tonight how there was an incredible and rapid increase in the quality of his photography since I last saw him at the beginning of March (see below for a few examples). He had a similar wee snapper to mine back then.
Then he pulled the monster of an investment he'd made with the cheap dollar outta his rucksack. Big fucker. About $2,000. The boy is offically serious about this caper.

Some cracking stories too - my fave? - his ship being on the brink of a possible attack from four oncoming speeding vessels in the middle of night (pitch black at sea), off the coast of Africa - until they shone bright lights ahead and a Dutch naval helicopter flew in to scare off the pirates who spookily vanished off the radar
