Feeling smug!

I'm feeling smug as I've been out on my mountain bike for the first time in ages! I cycled (in wind and rain I would add) 6.54km at an average speed of 16.3km/h and burnt 271kcal. I was even wolf-whistled at by three young girls, although I suspect it was ironic/sarcastic! LOL.

I use Endomondo on my GPS enabled BlackBerry to record my exercise and routes. Happy to link up with friends.
