La bergerie romane

Today it was the weekly walking group which has reconvened now the weather has improved. Today's outing took us high above Vauban's famous fortified garrison town of Villefranche, past the old talc quarry and back to the stating point with open views all morning of Canigou still with its white bonnet on. There were lots of photos I could choose from here but I liked the shot from inside the Roman sheepfold which resembled a small Romanesque chapel in its construction.
