Most Wonderful Gift

My favorite (and only!!) piano student Shirley brought me a lovely bouquet of daffodils from her garden. She has yellow daffodils with 18 inch stems, cream colored ones, cream and orange ones, cream and pink ones, and cream and yellow ones. They have brightened my day! They smell delicious as well!

I've moved onto stage 2 of my gardening--everything is cut down, mostly weeded, our improvised watering system is set to go and I'm tired!! I want to plant some wildflowers, but will wait until the end of May. Frost is still on the horizon!
