Proud new mama

I'm swapping out a photo today for one of our feathered friends. First the Mama duck was leading the babies across our yard but when she strayed into the street and a car came she ran back into our yard and Daddy duck flew in for protection. And then off they waddled away to the pond near our house. And I thought keeping my eye on two kids was a lot of work! I think there were 12 ducklings!
