Doctor's visit

Ok, so my appointment was at 10:00. Make sure you're here 15 minutes, so I'm there at 09:45. They check me in at 10:05 which was quick ! Not, they take your vitals and leave you sitting in a bare little room.....after going through the boredom the first 1/2 I step outside to see if they forgot about me. Now remember each minute seemed like an hour in that little room. No one to be seen, so I go back inside......by now 1 hour and 7 minutes go by without being seen by anyone!! 1 hour and 15 minutes, and finally I'm seen by a doctor. Her time with me took exactly 12 minutes. My questions are 1. If you make an appt. Why does it take so long to be seen. 2. After all this time you can only give me 12 minute of your time? 3. Wonder if this happens to everyone around the world? This time I lost is priceless, and I will never get it back. Just a bit frustrated. The silver lining is - all is good with me and got a refill.
