The Crown

This is the pub in my village. It was closed about eighteen months ago and caused uproar in the village when metal screens were placed on the windows and doors. About six months later, it reopened, with Gail and Mick taking the reins.

Sadly after a year it has closed again - leaving us with just one commercial pub and a working men's club. They tried really hard to make it work and now it's empty once again. Very sad for the village.
